Terms of use
Effective: 14 May 2026
What these terms cover
These terms apply to the parli.family website and to the early-access waitlist form. They do not cover the Parli mobile app — when we begin onboarding families, the app will have its own terms of service that you will see and accept before you start using it.
By using the website or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
"Parli" refers to the team building the Parli co-parenting product. You can reach us at hello@parli.family. We are based in Israel.
Eligibility
The waitlist form is intended for adults — you must be 18 or older to submit it. The Parli product is built for parents and other adults coordinating across two homes. It is not a service for children, and the website is not designed for children to use directly.
Using the website
You are welcome to read parli.family, link to it, and share its pages with anyone who might find it useful. A few things we ask you not to do:
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or work around rate limits.
- Do not probe the site for security vulnerabilities without prior coordination — if you have spotted something, please email hello@parli.family and we will respond. See the security page for more on responsible disclosure.
- Do not submit waitlist entries on behalf of people who have not asked you to, and do not use the form to send spam or unsolicited marketing.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization when contacting us.
- Do not reproduce substantial portions of the site, the Parli wordmark, or the visual design as if they were your own.
The early-access waitlist
Submitting the waitlist form is a way to tell us you are interested. It is not a contract for service, and it does not guarantee that you will be onboarded. We are onboarding a small number of two-home families at a time and we may decline, pause, or close the waitlist at our discretion.
If we do onboard you, the Parli app will have its own terms that you will see and accept separately. Until then, our relationship is simply: you sent us a note, and we will write back personally.
You can ask us to remove your waitlist submission at any time by emailing hello@parli.family from the address you used.
Intellectual property
The parli.family website, its copy, illustrations, the Parli name and wordmark, and the overall look and feel are owned by Parli. You are welcome to link to the site and to quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions, build a derivative site, or use the Parli name or wordmark in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written permission.
Not professional advice
Parli is an operational tool for coordinating daily co-parenting logistics. It is not a legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic service, and nothing on this website is professional advice. For legal questions about custody, parenting plans, or court orders, please consult a family-law professional. For medical or mental-health questions about your child, please consult a qualified clinician.
Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" during early access. We do our best to keep it available, accurate, and secure, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond reading about Parli and reaching us. We may add, change, or remove pages from time to time as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parli is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or the waitlist. Our total aggregate liability connected to the website or the waitlist is limited to ILS 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Israeli consumer-protection or other mandatory law.
Changes to these terms
We will update the effective date above when we change anything material, and we will keep the latest version at parli.family/terms (and the Hebrew version at parli.family/he/terms). Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Language and translations
These terms are published in English at parli.family/terms and in Hebrew at parli.family/he/terms. The two versions are intended to mean the same thing. In the event of a meaningful conflict between the versions, the Hebrew version controls, consistent with Israeli law and the location of our operations.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website.
